Are you ready to lead programs that create lasting, affordable housing solutions for families in need? We’re seeking a dedicated Affordable Housing Program Manager to oversee impactful housing initiatives that transform communities and change lives.

What You’ll Do
* Manage affordable housing programs from planning through client occupancy
* Ensure compliance with funding requirements, regulations, and best practices
* Coordinate with partners, contractors, and community organizations
* Develop and implement program policies and procedures that promote equity and sustainability
* Monitor budgets, track outcomes, and prepare reports for stakeholders
* Support client intake, eligibility verification, and education on homeownership or housing resources
* Lead outreach efforts to connect with underserved populations and foster community partnerships

What You Bring
- 3+ years managing affordable housing, community development, or social services programs
- Strong understanding of housing policies, funding sources, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and community members
- Passion for affordable housing and community impact
- Experience with grant management and reporting preferred
