Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer who is passionate about building scalable and efficient server-side applications. You'll work with our engineering team to design, develop, and maintain APIs, databases, and backend infrastructure that power our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable server-side logic
• Design and manage APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Optimize database queries and structures for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Write clean, secure, and testable code with proper documentation
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in production and staging environments
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions

Ideal Profile

Tech Stack We Use:

• Languages: Node.js, Python, PHP (depending on the project)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Frameworks: Express.js, Django, Laravel (project-based)
• Tools: Docker, Git, REST APIs, AWS/GCP

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in back-end development
• Strong knowledge of server-side technologies and API design
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred)
