Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports and dashboards that support business decision-making across departments. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Analyze datasets to support business KPIs and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes where possible.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a data/reporting analyst role.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Excel.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
