This is a unique opportunity to work at our Missouri Baptist Medical Center (3115 N Ballas Rd, St. Louis, MO) through the Heart Care Institute with additional shift opportunities available in an outpatient gym setting.

Overview

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Creates and implements exercise programs for cardiac rehabilitation and wellness participants. Performs professional and program development. Content includes but is not limited to strength conditioning, coordination, agility, core stabilization, weight management/weight loss, and lifestyle changes.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe and appropriate exercise programs through design, implementation and management of the exercise programs to meet client needs
• Provides and documents education and training to clients, family, staff and others directed toward achieving and ensuring optimal outcome viewed by the client.
• Ensures program growth and development to continue to meet client's needs and expectations.

• ACSM/ACE/NSCA/NASM
