We are conducting a confidential search for a professional and compassionate Medical Receptionist to support a busy healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient service while managing front office responsibilities in a fast-paced medical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy
  

• Answer and manage multi-line phone system and patient inquiries
  

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  

• Handle check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, and verify patient information
  

• Perform patient reminder calls and manage scheduling follow-ups
  

• Support providers with communications, paging, and administrative needs
  

• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with office procedures
  

Qualifications

• Previous medical receptionist or healthcare office experience preferred
  

• MediClear Certification or CHP credential 
  

• Strong computer and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) skills
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  

• Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a team environment
