Job Title: Senior Digital Content Strategist (SEO, Web Copywriting, Analytics Early Childhood Education)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Proven experience in web content writing or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, website editing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong background in content planning and performance tracking.
• Demonstrated strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Documented experience in copywriting and proofreading.
• Basic graphic editing skills with Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content created for a range of different audiences.

• Documented work experience relating to early childhood care and education.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with customers across multiple agencies and organizations.

• Create, edit, and manage engaging web content across multiple platforms.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and drive audience engagement.
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, consistent messaging.
• Conduct proofreading and quality checks to ensure content accuracy and style consistency.
